Question 1

How much do custom orthotics cost in Brampton?

Accepted Answer

The fee depends on the prescription and the footwear they are built for. After insurance, many patients pay only the remaining portion. You get a clear number at the assessment, before anything is ordered.

Question 2

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

Accepted Answer

You do not need a referral to book the chiropodist. You likely need a prescription for the insurer. We handle that in the same visit.

Question 3

How long do they last?

Accepted Answer

About one to three years of daily wear. Kids and high-mileage runners wear through them faster.

Question 4

How long until they are ready?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the lab's schedule. We confirm the date before you leave your assessment.

Question 5

Can you make a pair for work boots or cleats?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bring those shoes to the fitting. A device that only fits a running shoe you wear on Sundays will not fix a ten-hour warehouse shift.
